Return Policy-
We want you to love what you wear — and that includes your hair accessories! If something’s not right, we’re here to make it better.
Return Eligibility:
Due to the hygienic nature of hair accessories, we currently do not offer returns on most items.
However, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit in the following cases:

You received a wrong item

Your item is damaged in transit

The product has a manufacturing defect
What’s Not Eligible?
To keep things safe and hygienic for everyone, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items used or worn

Sale/discounted products

Products without original packaging
Place return:
To initiate a return, you can raise return on www.pairforhair.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, images of label and product received and reason for the return through email support@pairforhair.com. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows. The timeline to raise a return request is within 48 hours from the date of order delivery.
Also, Gift Hampers cannot be returned.
